Racquel Martin currently works in the Strategic Insights team at Mary Kay, a global skincare and cosmetics brand. She manages primary research including salesforce and consumer tracking surveys, where she partners with stakeholders in over 20 countries to deliver actionable insights. In addition, she also leads the Trends Program, which synthesizes and distributes key consumer trends within the organization, and facilitates the connection of trends across various teams. Racquel has a wealth of experience in marketing research, insights, and strategy for major companies including GlaxoSmithKline and Blue Cross Blue Shield. She moved to Texas from the Philippines over 10 years ago to pursue her master’s degree in Sociology at the University of Texas at Dallas. She also earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication Research from the University of the Philippines.
