Caron Merrill is the Director of Customer Insights at CVS Health. She joined the company in 2003. Over the last 16 years, Caron has worked on the Retail Customer Insights and has had responsibility for ad hoc qualitative and quantitative research, Tracking Studies, Customer Experience (CX) program and Competitive Intelligence. She is currently focused on Insights for Retail Pharmacy and MinuteClinic, special projects and department operations. Included in Caron’s day-to-day responsibilities is the overall management of the CVS Advisor Panel & CVS Colleague panel which are central to her topic in today’s presentation.
