Deepa currently leads primary market research at Fossil Group.
Deepa’s primary focus is bringing the voice of the customer into product development and marketing using emerging market research techniques. Although she specializes in quantitative research, she also uses qualitative research to understand the deeper “why” for consumer actions. She has 13+ years of experience in customer insights working for numerous industries including top-tier management consulting, high-tech, retail, and on the supply side. She recently won the 2018 Marketer of the Year award in Market Research by American Marketing Association – DFW chapter.
She has two Masters Degrees – M.S. in Marketing Research and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from University of Texas at Arlington.
