Debi is Director, Accenture Strategy in the Communications, Media & Technology (CMT) Industry. In her current role, she is primarily responsible for delivering strategy and recommendations for CMT clients to embrace “The New” with data-driven technology solutions.
For over 20 years, Debi has been advising Fortune 500 and global CMT clients on business and IT strategy. She has orchestrated digital transformation projects for clients, pioneering solutions with artificial intelligence, chatbots, digital sovereignty, video streaming, content strategy, digital marketing, mobile apps, personalization, and customer experience.
She came to Accenture from IBM where she led IBM Watson strategy engagements with CMT clients. It was the early innings of augmented intelligence and machine learning. She and her team educated C-suite executives, designed journey maps, and developed Watson prototypes. The key applications were content curation, enriched metadata tagging, and personalized customer experiences. Her favorite projects included an ecosystem platform with a mission to save lives and a personalized marketing campaign for a major theme park.
